The first annual pumpkin carving competition! We drank homemade mulled wine, ate flapjack and listened to Michael Jackson in honour of the winning 'Jacko lantern' pumpkin, a tribute to the late great. I can't wait to cook all the gooey orange innards we so gorily scraped out of our victims - pumpkin soup and pie and muffins ahoy!
