Also, in other news, on my return to the city...I met a special someone. Sir Ian McKellen, maybe you've heard of him? I nearly died from overextertion of the heart.

Godot
Spring has sprung (even if I'm holding my breath for April showers) and the sun has certainly had his hat on for the past week. It makes the idea of reading and revision and exams seem absolutely ridiculous - who feels like working when it's a beautiful day outside and there's so much to do? I'm glad to be back but I miss home already...and not just the food either. Although, it was lovely to return to homebaked cakes and a myriad of vegetable soups after what feels like a lifetime of tinned tuna and Supernoodles. I've got to begin planning properly for Cyprus too; some sweet friends of ours sent me a package full of information about the island. So exciting!

hello sweetheart, can't wait to see you xxxx
Oh wow! Did you go somewhere especially to meet Sir Ian McKellen? I was going to type just 'Ian' but it's so cool to be a sir, that I decided to write his full name ;)
I know how you feel about Spring, it's so hard to be stuck inside when the weather is lovely. Although, here on the other side of the world we've been longing for Autumn, our Summer was unbelievably hot.
I always get so hungry when you post photos of food. It looks so much better than anything here in the US. I envision the whole process, the cutting of cake, the china, the tea and coffee, the breeze that can be felt and floating clouds that can be seen outside the slightly window. The quiet. I always sense a certain calm and quiet.
Gandalf rules! Tell us more!
Te and Sevenske; he's performing in Waiting for Godot at the King's Theatre in Edinburgh with Patrick Stewart - we waited after the play at the stagedoor until they came out.
